I helped RNS Meals (Now "Simmer") to retain the customers that signed up to receive healthy meals to their door on a subscription basis. They'd built a complex custom API solution with custom metrics, so building the usual group of e-commerce flows became more complicated. Below is an example of the "Abandoned Cart" style flow, for which I copywrote, designed (including making custom icons and header images) and implemented in Klaviyo.
